  9. There is new plugin quite promising to foster constructive discussions. To put in the same category than Comment Sorter.

    It is called commentag (http://www.commentag.com) and it allows to tag comments to keep discussions sorted.
    They use that on TheNextWeb.org and it is a great add-on!
    It uses Web semantic to automatically tag what you type, but you can always edit tags in a del.icio.us way.
    Visitors can after filter comments based on topics, which is better than sorting by date only.
